Maple Glazed Chicken Breasts
Ingredients serves 4
- 2 tbsp Rowse Maple Syrup
- finely grated rind and juice of 1 orange
- a few drops of Tabasco
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 chicken breasts, with skin on
- flat leaf parsley to garnish
Method

- Mix together Rowse Maple Syrup with orange rind and juice. Add a few dashes of Tabasco and season to taste. Pour marinade over the top of chicken.

- Preheat grill and grill for 12-15 minutes skin side uppermost and then on underside until slightly charred and juices run clear.

- Serve hot garnished with flat leaf parsley accompanied by buttered leeks and roasted potatoes.
