Maple Glazed Chicken Breasts
Ingredients serves 4
  • 2 tbsp Rowse Maple Syrup
  • finely grated rind and juice of 1 orange
  • a few drops of Tabasco
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 chicken breasts, with skin on
  • flat leaf parsley to garnish
Method

Mix together Rowse Maple Syrup with orange rind and juice. Add a few dashes of Tabasco and season to taste. Pour marinade over the top of chicken.

Preheat grill and grill for 12-15 minutes skin side uppermost and then on underside until slightly charred and juices run clear.

Serve hot garnished with flat leaf parsley accompanied by buttered leeks and roasted potatoes.
