Spicy Maple Chicken Wings
Ingredients serves 4
  • 125ml/4floz Rowse Maple Syrup
  • 5 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 1 small onion, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp grainy mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1kg/2.25lbs chicken wings
Method

Combine Rowse Maple Syrup, chilli sauce, onion, cider vinegar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.

Pour over chicken wings and allow to marinate for 2 hours, turning occasionally to keep coated.

Preheat oven to 200C/400F/gas mark 6. Transfer wings and their marinade into roasting tin. Cook for 45 minutes, basting occasionally until sticky.

Serve hot or cold with salad.
