Spicy Maple Chicken Wings
Ingredients serves 4
- 125ml/4floz Rowse Maple Syrup
- 5 tbsp chilli sauce
- 1 small onion, peeled and chopped
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp grainy mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1kg/2.25lbs chicken wings

- Combine Rowse Maple Syrup, chilli sauce, onion, cider vinegar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.

- Pour over chicken wings and allow to marinate for 2 hours, turning occasionally to keep coated.

- Preheat oven to 200C/400F/gas mark 6. Transfer wings and their marinade into roasting tin. Cook for 45 minutes, basting occasionally until sticky.

- Serve hot or cold with salad.
