Summer Fruit and Honey Smoothie
Ingredients serves 2
- 300ml (10fl oz Apple Juice, chilled
- 15-30ml (1-2 tbsp) Rowse Clear honey
- 200g (7oz) Greek yogurt
- 250g (9oz) frozen summer fruits
- Summer fruits to decorate, optional
Method

- Pour the apple juice into the goblet of a smoothie maker or blender. Add 1 x 15ml spoon (1 tbsp) of the honey, Greek yogurt and frozen fruits.

- Blend until smooth. Check for sweetness and add the remaining honey, if desired. Pour into 2 glasses and serve decorated with extra summer fruits.
