Honey Breakfast Boost
Ingredients serves 2
- 250ml (9fl oz) natural yogurt, chilled
- 150ml (5fl oz) milk, chilled
- 30ml (2 tbsp) Rowse set honey
- 30ml (2 tbsp) porridge oats
- 2 bananas
- 150ml (5fl oz) orange juice, chilled
Method
- 1
- Place the yogurt, milk, honey and porridge oats in the goblet of a smoothie maker or blender. Peel and thickly slice the bananas and add to the goblet with the orange juice.

- Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve in chilled glasses, with straws, if desired.
