Honey Breakfast Boost
Ingredients serves 2
  • 250ml (9fl oz) natural yogurt, chilled
  • 150ml (5fl oz) milk, chilled
  • 30ml (2 tbsp) Rowse set honey
  • 30ml (2 tbsp) porridge oats
  • 2 bananas
  • 150ml (5fl oz) orange juice, chilled
Method

Place the yogurt, milk, honey and porridge oats in the goblet of a smoothie maker or blender. Peel and thickly slice the bananas and add to the goblet with the orange juice.

Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve in chilled glasses, with straws, if desired.
