Grilled Honey Lime Salmon

It can be summer all year round with this delightfully light and fresh dish.

You'll need: Rowse Australian Honey or Rowse Pure & Natural Clear Honey, Dijon mustard, lime, white wine, olive oil, skinless salmon fillets, salad or vegetables.

We collect sap from maple trees in March and April every year to make our Rowse Maple Syrups. By boiling 40 litres of sap, we evaporate it down to just one litre, which creates a lovely burnt toffee flavour.

If set honey goes runny, usually heat is the culprit. To make the honey set again, it needs to go in the fridge for a few hours. After that, it’ll be perfectly happy (and delicious) at room temperature.
