Baked apple, raisins and cinnamon porridge

What you will need

  • 40g oats
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 1 small chopped apple
  • 100g fat free yoghurt
  • 1 small egg
  • 1 tbsp Rowse Honey + more for topping
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C / 160°C fan oven / 350°F / gas mark 4.
  • Mix all of the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl and pour into an oven proof ramequin.
  • Bake for 30 mins until the oats look crispy golden on top.
  • Add an extra squeeze of Rowse Honey and enjoy!
