Ingredient title

  • 2/3 cups popcorn kernels
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 3-4 handful of salted peanuts
  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons of Rowse Honey With A Hint Of Cinnamon
  • Add the coconut oil and 3 popcorn kernels to a large pot.
  • Cover and cook over medium-high heat until all kernels pop. You’re now ready to cook the rest.
  • Remove the 3 popped kernels from the pot.
  • Add the rest of the popcorn kernels to the pot.
  • Cover and take the pot off of the heat.
  • Put the pot back on the heat. Cook, shaking the pot occasionally until the popping slows down.
  • After roughly 2 minutes, take the lid off of the pot. This lets the steam out and stops the popcorn from going soggy.
  • While the popcorn is popping, melt the butter and add the Rowse Honey – whisk until pale and creamy.
  • Mix popcorn and peanuts in a medium bowl.
  • Pour the Rowse Honey With a Hint of Cinnamon and butter over the popcorn and toss.
  • Sit back and enjoy!
