Coconut, hazelnut & honey porridge

What you will need

  • 40g porridge oats
  • 250ml coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp hazelnut butter
  • 1 tbsp of Rowse Honey
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp whole hazelnuts
  • 1 tbsp coconut shavings
  • Put the oats in a non-stick pot with the coconut milk, 1 tbsp hazelnut butter & desiccated coconut and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes until thickened and the oats are soft. Turn the heat off.
  • Pour the porridge into a bowl, top with 1 tsp hazelnut butter, whole hazelnuts, coconut shavings and Rowse Honey.
