Greek honey, fig & yogurt porridge

What you will need

  • 40g rolled oats
  • 250ml milk
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 fresh fig – quartered
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 2 tbsp Rowse Greek Honey
  • Put the oats in a non-stick pot with the milk and cook over a medium heat, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes until thickened and the oats are soft. Adjust the consistency with water if needed. Turn the heat off and stir in the Greek yogurt.
  • Spoon the oats into a bowl and top with the fig, Greek yogurt, walnuts and squeeze over the Rowse Greek Honey.
