Greek honey porridge with yoghurt and pistachios

What you will need

  • 50g oats
  • 300ml milk or water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Small handful blueberries
  • 1 heaped tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Rowse Greek Honey
  • Small handful crushed pistachios
  • Place the oats, milk/water and vanilla into a sauce pan and bring to the boil.
  • Simmer for 4-5 minutes stirring often.
  • Pour into a bowl and top with the blueberries, Greek yoghurt, Rowse Greek Honey & pistachios.
