Halloween pureed pumpkin porridge

What you will need

  • 40g oats
  • 300ml skimmed milk
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin puree (from a can or homemade)
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tbsp of pecans
  • 1 tbsp Rowse Honey
  • Put the oats in a non-stick pot with the milk and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes until thickened and the oats are soft.
  • Add the pumpkin puree and spices,mix well. Simmer for 1-2 minutes. Turn the heat off.
  • Pour into a bowl, top with pecans and drizzle on Rowse Honey.
