Ingredients

  • 40g Quaker Oats (Rolled or Jumbo)
  • A squeeze (10g) of Rowse honey
  • 100ml almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • A handful (25g) of almonds (topping)
  • A few slices (50g) of nectarine (topping)
  • A drizzle (10g) of Rowse honey (topping)
  • Combine the oats with the almond milk, the cinnamon and a squeeze of Rowse honey in a clean jar and stir.
  • Seal and refrigerate overnight (≤ 5°C).
  • In the morning, top with the almonds, slices of nectarine and a drizzle of Rowse honey.
