Ingredient title

  • 600ml double cream
  • 1 x 395g can condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste, or vanilla extract
  • 3 chocolate honeycomb bars, chopped
  • 4 – 5 tbsp squeezy Rowse honey
  • 1. In a large bowl whizz together the cream, condensed milk and vanilla paste until thick and holding it’s shape.
  • 2. Spoon into a freezer-proof container and ripple through the chocolate honeycomb pieces and the honey.
  • 3. Place in the freezer and freeze overnight, or until firm (about 6 hours) and enjoy!
