Honey & mustard savoury croissant

Ingredient title

  • 2 croissants
  • 2 slices emmental cheese
  • 2 slices ham
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Rowse squeezy honey
  • Mix the mustard and honey together.
  • Preheat the oven to 190C. Slice the croissants in half length-ways. Place a slice of cheese on the base of the croissants, followed by two slices of ham and another slice of cheese.
  • Brush the honey & mustard mix on the cheese, also brush on top of the croissants.
  • Place the croissants on a baking tray.
  • Place in the oven for 6-7 minutes to heat through.
  • Serve immediately
