Honeyed apple and cinnamon crepes

Ingredient title

  • 50g melted butter, plus more for cooking

  • 100g plain flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 350ml milk

  • 2 apples

  • 2 tablespoons Wildflower Rowse Honey
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • 6 tbsp chopped almonds
  • Mix together the butter, flower, eggs and milk, making sure you whisk out any lumps.
  • Make the crepes on a hot, buttered pan making sure to swirl the pan to get an even spread of batter.
  • Cookthe chopped apple, cinnamon and honey in a pan for 10 minutes. Leave to cool a little.
  • Divide the apples into the crepes to fill, add a handful of chopped almonds.
