Mango overnight oats

  • 60g rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 75g natural yoghurt
  • 100ml mango juice
  • 1 tbsp squeezy honey, plus extra to drizzle
  • 1 tbsp fresh grated coconut
  • ½ small ripe mango, cut into chunks
  1. Mix the oats, chia seeds, mango juice and yoghurt together in a jar (or whatever vessel you like to eat your oats from), cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
  2. The next morning stir in the honey, along with the coconut and top with the mango chunks and drizzle with a little extra oil.
