Ingredient title

  • 200g of organic strawberries
  • 200g of organic raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons of Rowse Organic Honey
  • half an organic lemon – juice only

     

  • Mix strawberries, raspberries, Rowse Organic Honey and lemon juice in a blender until smooth.
  • Pour onto a tray lined with plastic wrap and spread evenly to 5mm thick.
  • Dehydrate in oven at 65ºC for 5 hours, or until middle is firm and no longer sticky.
  • Allow to cool, then remove from plastic wrap.
  • With clean kitchen scissors, trim off edges then cut into 3cm wide strips and roll.
