Peanut and honey energy balls

  • 200g stoned dates
  • 4 tsp Rowse Manuka honey
  • 75g smooth peanut butter
  • 75g roasted peanuts, roughly chopped
  • 100g porridge oats
  1. Whizz the dates in a food processor until they become a paste.
  2. Scoop into a small pan and mix with the manuka honey and peanut butter.
  3. Heat gently until well mixed and softened, then stir in the peanuts and oats.
  4. Leave to cool until the mixture can be handled.
  5. With wet hands, roll into balls.
  6. Leave to cool and firm up in the fridge.
