Ingredient title

  • 100g porridge oats
  • 500ml coconut milk
  • A small pinch salt
  • 4 tbsp Rowse Australian Honey
  • 3 ripe plums, halved 
  • To make the porridge, mix the oats with the coconut milk and salt in a medium saucepan.
  • Place over a medium heat, bring to the boil then turn the heat down to low and stir well. 
  • Cover with a lid and leave to cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the porridge is thick and creamy. 
  • Stir in Rowse Australian Honey and serve in warm bowls. 
  • Top with some halved plums, which have been brushed with honey and roasted under the grill until it slightly softens. 
  • Finish with a generous swirl of Rowse Australian Honey.
