Ingredient title

  • 200g stoned dates
  • 4 tsp Rowse Manuka honey 10+
  • 75g smooth almond butter
  • 50g seeds
  • 100g ground almonds
  • Cacao powder to coat
  • Desiccated coconut to coat
  1. Whiz together the dates, Rowse Manuka Honey, almond butter, seeds, ground almonds in a mixer.
  2. Divide the mixture into walnut-sized portions and roll between your hands into balls.
  3. Roll in the cocao powder and desiccated coconut and refrigerate to firm up.
