Ingredient title

  • 200g cream cheese
  • 50g double cream
  • 1 tbsp Rowse Honey
  • Strawberry Jam
  • 2 Croissants
  • For the filling, whisk together the cream cheese, Rowse Honey and double cream.
  • Fill two piping bags – one with the cream cheese mix and another with jam.
  • Pierce two holds in the sides of the croissants and pipe in the mixture. (You could also cheat and slice open the croissant and spread the ingredients in).
