Antioxidant purple smoothie bowl with frozen berries and coconut

  • This recipe uses Clear Squeezy Honey

Ingredients

  1. For the smoothie base
  2. 200g frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries)
  3. 100g frozen, sliced banana (about 1 large banana)
  4. 2 heaped tbsp porridge oats
  5. 300ml – 350ml almond milk, oat milk or cow’s milk
  6. 2 tbsp Rowse Clear Honey
  7. 4 tbsp plain yoghurt (optional)
  8. 2 tbsp almond butter (optional)
  9. For the toppings choose from:
  10. Frozen or fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries)
  11. Toasted, flaked almonds
  12. Desiccated coconut
  13. Goji berries
  14. Pumpkin seeds
