Banana, almond and honey energy porridge

    Put the oats into a non-stick pot and toast over medium heat for 1 minute. Add the milk and cook for 5 minutes until thickened and the oats are soft. Remove from heat.

    Place the banana in a pan, over a medium heat. Add the butter and the honey and cook for a couple of minutes until the bananas are cooked and caramelised.

    To serve, spoon the oats into 2 bowls and top with the banana, almonds, cocoa nibs and drizzle over the Rowse Honey.
