  3. 150g Rowse Greek honey
  4. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  5. 150ml water
  6. Pinch of salt
  7. 50g dark chocolate chips finely chopped
  8. 75g walnuts finely chopped
  9. 250g salted butter
  10. 50g vegetable oil
