Honey-poached pear & blackberry porridge

Ingredients

  1. 40g Scottish oats
  2. 250ml milk
  3. Pinch of salt
  4. 1 pear, peeled, halved and cored
  5. 500ml water
  6. 4 tbsp Rowse Honey
  7. 1 vanilla pod, sliced lengthways, 4 star anise, 1 cinnamon stick (optional)
  8. 2 tbsp whole fresh blackberries
  9. 1 tsp chia seeds
