Honeyed Halloween pumpkin pies

Ingredients

  2. 225 g (8 oz) plain flour
  3. 50 g (2 oz) caster sugar
  4. 100 g (4 oz) butter, diced
  5. 2 egg yolks
  6. 2-3 teaspoons cold water
  7. Filling
  8. 450 g (1 lb) deseeded pumpkin, peeled, diced
  9. 75 g (3 oz) Rowse Acacia honey
  10. 75 g (3 oz) light muscovado sugar
  11. 3 eggs
  12. 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  13. ½ teaspoon ground mixed spice
  14. Little milk to glaze
  15. Little caster sugar to decorate
