Method

    Mix the oats, chia seeds, mango juice and yoghurt together in a jar (or whatever vessel you like to eat your oats from), cover and leave in the fridge overnight.

    The next morning stir in the honey, along with the coconut and top with the mango chunks and drizzle with a little extra oil.
