Peanut butter and honey thick shake

Ingredients

  1. 8 tbsp (50g) porridge oats
  2. 2 peeled, chopped and frozen bananas (160g – 180g)
  3. 150ml – 175ml almond milk
  4. 3 tbsp peanut butter
  5. 2 tbsp Rowse Clear Honey
  6. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  7. Optional 2 tsp cocoa powder for a chocolate version
