Re-Energizing Citrus Salad with Manuka Honey & Mint

  • This recipe uses 15+NPA Manuka Honey

Ingredients

  1. For the dressing
  2. 50ml olive oil
  3. 2 tbsp lemon juice according to taste
  4. 2 tbsp Rowse Manuka honey 15+
  5. pinch of salt and pepper to taste
  6. For the salad
  7. 1 medium orange, peeled and cut into rounds
  8. 2 satsumas, peeled and cut into rounds
  9. 2 medium white grapefruits, peeled and cut into rounds
  10. 2 medium pink grapefruits, peeled and cut into rounds
  11. 1 lime, peeled and cut into
  12. 1/2 small red onion, cut into thin rounds
  13. 15g coriander leaves removed from stalk
