Honey and cinnamon Roll Ups

Ingredients

Method

    Pre heat oven to 180.

    Using a rolling pin, roll the white bread until they are flattened.

  3. 3

    Place onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat .

  4. 4

    Butter each side of the bread with salted butter.

  5. 5

    Mix the cocoa powder and the spreadable honey together, to get a spreadable consistency.

    Flip each of the slices of bread over and take 1/2 tsp of the honey and cocoa mix and spread down a line at the bottom of each slice.

    Roll up each slice until and you’ve made a roll up!

    Bake in the oven for 8 minutes.

    Whilst the roll ups are baking combine your caster sugar and cinnamon powder in a bowl and set aside.

    As soon as the roll ups come out of the oven dip straight in the cinnamon sugar.
