    Method for the eyeballs

  4. 4

Drain the lychees from their syrup and stuff each cavity with a blueberry.

  5. 5

Drizzle the grenadine on top to mimic blood and drizzle the honey to fill the cavities for a gooey mouth-feel.

  6. 6

Skewer 2 eyeballs on 2 cocktail sticks and top each glass. Place the rest in a small bowl to serve and nibble on while sipping your drink.

Method for the mocktail

  1. 1

In a shaker filled with ice cubes, pour the lemon juice, blood orange juice, vanilla extract and honey. Shake well until the honey is dissolved.

  2. 2

Pour into 2 glasses with ice cubes and top up with sparkling water.

  3. 3

Finish off with half a slice of orange and a cocktail stick with the lychee eyeballs.
