Terms & Conditions for Rowse's Chelsea Flower Show ticket giveaway

This Promotion is only open to residents of the UK over the age of 18. So that we are completely fair, employees of Rowse Honey and Bees For Development, and anyone else professionally connected to this Promotion are not allowed to enter.

You don’t have to buy anything to take part in this Promotion, but you do need a valid Instagram or Facebook account and access to the internet.

Participants must enter between 14:00 GMT on the 9th May 2022 and 23:59 GMT on the 16th May 2022.

To enter, you must like and comment on the competition post on one of the Promoters’ Instagram or Facebook profiles, tagging one friend. You must also follow Rowse Honey (@rowsehoneyuk/@rowsehoney) and Bees For Development (@beesfordevelopment/@beesfordevelopment).

You may enter up to five times during the Promotion Period, but you may only win one Prize.

One winner will win x2 tickets to the Saturday (28th May 2022) event at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, along with a year’s supply of Rowse Honey comprising 12 Rowse Honey products.

The tickets grant the ticket holder entry to event space between the hours of 8am and 5.30pm. Please note that the tickets do not permit entry on any other days other than that stipulated.

The Promoters shall not cover the cost of any travel incurred to and from the event, nor any other expenses incurred on the day including food and drink.

The RHS Chelsea Flower Show takes place at London Gate, Royal Hospital Road, Royal Hospital, Chelsea, London

Winners will be selected by random draw, carried out by an independent person within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.

Winners will be contacted by one of the Promoters via Direct Message (DM) within 48 hours of the draw. The winners must share their postal address and email address with the Promoter via DM to claim the Prize within 48 hours. If the winner does not contact the Promoter, the Prize will be awarded to a reserve winner. A total of 3 reserves will be contacted. In the event that no reserve responds to communications, we reserve the right to not award the Prize.

We cannot accept any entries that we believe:

Contain any content that is likely to be considered offensive by us or could negatively reflect the name, reputation, or goodwill of Rowse Honey, the Promoters, or any of their partners;

Defames, misrepresents, or insult other people or companies, including, but not limited to Rowse Honey, the Promoters (including their partners); and/or

Tickets to the event are digital and will be sent to the winner via email within 48 hours of receipt of the winner’s email address.

Please allow up to 28 days from the date of confirmation of delivery details for delivery of your Honey Hamper.

The Prize cannot be transferred to someone else or exchanged for something else or a cash or other alternative.

If, for reasons out of our control, the Prize is no longer available, you will be offered an alternative of equal or greater value than the Prize.

. We will only use your personal data for the administration of this Promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. We will only share your data with our Fulfilment Partners for the purposes of and in order to fulfil this Promotion.

Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted, and we will not accept cheating in any form including the use of macros or other automated means of entry, masking your identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than your own and any other behaviour that falls outside the spirit of the Promotion. If you’re found to be cheating, you will be excluded.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. You are providing your information to Rowse Honey and not to Facebook or Instagram.

If you suffer any loss or damage that arises out of or in connection with the Promotion or Prize itself (whether in contract, tort (including (without limitation) negligence), statutory duty or otherwise) Rowse Honey and the Promoters won’t be liable for this.

If this Promotion can’t run properly because of fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control which affects the running, administration, security or fairness of this Promotion, we reserve the right to disqualify any person involved. We also reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion.

By entering you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If this Promotion is tampered with in some way whether by fraud, technical failures, system errors or other issues, including any such failure outside the control of Rowse Honey or its agencies, Rowse Honey and its agencies will not be responsible for the Promotion, prize or for the non-inclusion of entries. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.

In the event of any dispute, the Promoter’s decision is final.

The winners may be required to participate in any reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion.

If you are a winner of the Promotion, you agree that the Promoter will use your name to announce the winners of this Promotion and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.

The winner’s name and county may be published on the Promoters’ Facebook or Instagram pages / stories within 3 working days of winner acceptance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
