You don’t have to buy anything to take part in this Promotion, but you do need a valid Instagram or Facebook account and access to the internet.

Promotion Period: Participants must enter between 10:00 GMT on the 17th January 2022 and 23:59 BST on the 31st January 2022.

To enter, you must like and comment on the competition post on Rowse Honey’s Facebook or Instagram profile, tagging one friend. You must also follow Rowse Honey (@rowsehoney/@rowsehoneyuk) and Cotswolds Distillery (@cotswoldsdistillery)

You may enter up to five times during the Promotion Period, but you may only win one Prize.

The Prizes: Two winners will win one honey and whisky hamper each. This will include:

1x 700ml bottle of Cotswolds Distillery single-malt whisky

Winners will be selected by random draw, carried out by an independent person within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.

Winners will be contacted by one of the Promoters via DM within 5 working days of the draw. The winners must share their address and date of birth with the Promoter via DM to claim the Prize within 3 working days. If the winner does not contact the Promoter, the Prize will be awarded to a reserve winner. A total of 3 reserves will be contacted. In the event that no reserve responds to communications, we reserve the right to not award the Prize.

We cannot accept any entries that we believe:

Contain any content that is likely to be considered offensive by us or could negatively reflect the name, reputation, or goodwill of Rowse Honey, the Promoters, or any of their partners;

Defames, misrepresents, or insult other people or companies, including, but not limited to Rowse Honey, the Promoters (including their partners); and/or

Please allow up to 28 days from the date of confirmation of delivery details for delivery of your Prize.

The Prize cannot be transferred to someone else or exchanged for something else or a cash or other alternative.

If, for reasons out of our control, the Prize is no longer available, you will be offered an alternative of equal or greater value than the Prize.

Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted, and we will not accept cheating in any form including the use of macros or other automated means of entry, masking your identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than your own and any other behaviour that falls outside the spirit of the Promotion. If you’re found to be cheating, you will be excluded.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. You are providing your information to Rowse Honey and not to Facebook or Instagram.

If you suffer any loss or damage that arises out of or in connection with the Promotion or Prize itself (whether in contract, tort (including (without limitation) negligence), statutory duty or otherwise) Rowse Honey and the Promoters won’t be liable for this.

If this Promotion can’t run properly because of fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control which affects the running, administration, security or fairness of this Promotion, we reserve the right to disqualify any person involved. We also reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion.

If this Promotion is tampered with in some way whether by fraud, technical failures, system errors or other issues, including any such failure within the control of Rowse Honey or its agencies, Rowse Honey and its agencies will not be responsible for the Promotion, prize or for the non-inclusion of entries. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.

In the event of any dispute, the Promoter’s decision is final.

The winners may be required to participate in any reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion.

If you are a winner of the Promotion, you agree that the Promoter will use your name and county of residence to announce the winners of this Promotion and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.

The winner’s name and county may be published on the Promoters’ Facebook or Instagram pages / stories within 3 working days of winner acceptance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
