Buckwheat and coconut pancakes with whipped honey butter

  • This recipe uses Set Honey

Ingredients

  1. 100g buckwheat flour
  2. 40g coconut flour
  3. 1 tsp baking powder
  4. ¼ tsp salt
  5. 1 tbsp Rowse set honey
  6. 300ml milk, use any milk you like, we used coconut
  7. 1 egg, beaten
  8. 2 – 3 tbsp coconut oil
  9. For the whipped honey butter
  10. 125g slightly salted butter
  11. 4tbsp Rowse set honey
