Method

  1. 1

    Preheat your oven to 200C.

  2. 2

Gather the ingredients and begin prepping by thinly slicing the peaches to a desired size and slicing the puff pastry into four rectangles.

  3. 3

On a tray lined with baking parchment, drizzle 2-3 tsp of Rowse Honey four times, equally spaced apart, with room to lay the pastry sections over each drizzle.

  4. 4

Layer the peaches delicately over the honey and ensure they are evenly distributed.

  5. 5

Gently place the four slices of puff pastry on top of the honey and peaches.

  6. 6

Using a fork or your fingers, press the sides of the pastry around the edges to seal it closed. Repeat this for all the pastries.

  7. 7

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Allow the pastry to cool for a few minutes, then carefully flip onto a plate.

  8. 8

Give the pastries a final drizzle of tasty Rowse Honey and serve with your favourite fresh fruit or a dollop of yoghurt to finish.
